Alberta Health Hack Reminder
Hello AHH Participants,
This is a friendly reminder to make sure you have signed up on the Microsoft Form: Sign Up Form, there are still 6 of you who have not yet signed up.
Next Steps
- If you have not yet done so, please sign up on the Microsoft Forms as it contains some important information that the team requires from our participants. Additionally, it will have a follow up email that contains a photo release form that is also a requirement. Unfortunately, if you do not sign it, we won't be able to let you into the venue.
