Alberta Health Hack Next Steps

Hello AHH Participants,

Thank you for signing up for Alberta Health Hack!

We are excited to have you participate in this meaningful and innovative event.

 

Next Steps 

The next steps for you would be the following and should be done as soon as possible:

  1. If you have not yet done so, please sign up on the Microsoft Forms as it contains some important information that the team requires from our participants. Additionally, it will have a follow up email that contains a photo release form that is also a requirement. Unfortunately, if you do not sign it, we won't be able to let you into the venue. Event Details

As promised, we are providing further details regarding the event, please read carefully and email back with any questions that you come across:

  • Date: Saturday, July 27 - Sunday, July 28
  • Hackathon Time
    • in person: Saturday, 11 AM – 4 PM
    • online: Saturday, 4 PM - Sunday, 11 AM
  • Judging and Results Time (in person): Sunday, 12 PM - 5 PM
  • Location: Platform Calgary (407 9 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2G 2K7)
  • More Information:
    • There will be a series of presentations to provide you with an in-depth understanding of the prompts as that is the primary objective of this event: to raise awareness of certain sensitive topics in youth health
    • You will be removed off the premises of the venue at around 4 (exact timings and schedule will be sent out later) and have 24 hours from the beginning, to complete the hackathon
    • The submissions will be due Sunday, July 28 11AM and the judging will begin shortly after. Submissions will be sent in through the devpost and all teams will be required to be in person for the judging an results
